Join us for a journey through various styles of yoga! In this retreat you can experience our uplifting workshops, deep talks with like minded people or just relax in the beautiful mountains of Austria. You will expand your yoga practice through this retreat. And you will gain new inspiration to live the yogic philosophy happily off the mat in your daily life.
Play with your limits and discover new sides of yourself through Aerial Yoga, challenging Asanas, self-reflection or touching meditations.
Every day of the retreat will be guided by another teacher. Sharing our love for yoga is our passion. We will show you our favourite tools for a healthy and happy lifestyle. You can adapt what works best for you into your own routine. And of course you will be nourished by our delicious, healthy and vegetarian food.
❖8x Yoga (Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial, Yin). If the weather is good, we do yoga outside in the nature. In the morning the practice is more active, in the evening more chilled.
❖ Different practices of meditation to reflect and calm down
❖ Vipassana: mindful silence to let the experiences settle in
❖ Workshop Themes: Aerial Hammock, Emotional Freedom Technique, Therapeutic journaling, Pranayama
❖ relaxing massages if needed for little extra costs
Luxurious Lodge in Mühlbach, 45 min from Salzburg. Large living and eating space with woodfire, private sauna and breathtaking view over the alps the whole day!
If you like it active, there are lots of beautiful things to explore! Hiking (lifts are for free), swimming, rafting, the ruins of Hohenwerfen, gigantic ice caves, biking, climbing....

Lara loves ashtanga yoga and is practicing daily. She studied yoga in india and germany and has a wide knowledge. In her classes you can expect great hands-on assists, a safe practice and a perfect balance between challenge and relaxation.
She loves creative flows, playing around in the aerial hammock and the bliss at the end of class. As a social worker she also has a passion for mindfulness and mental health, which she will include in Yin Yoga or Yoga Nidra.
Varun is from India and his joy and passion for yoga are palpable and infectious. His style brings together elements of strength, flexibility and balance, encouraging students to break through their perceived limitations both on and off the mat. What began as a purely physical practice led Varun to discover the many spiritual and mental benefits of a well-rounded yoga practice. It is through pranayama, asanas and meditation that he taps into the sense of inner calm and self-acceptance that yoga brings, and he encourages his students to do the same.

Terms and conditions:
The booking is binding. After your reservation you will receive an email confirming your request with payment details. Your spot is securely booked after receipt of payment. If you do not pay within 2 weeks after your request, we will give the spot away.
Cancellation 12 weeks before the retreat will not be refunded. There is the possibility to give the spot to another person or book a travel insurance. Minimum number of participants is 6 people, otherwise the retreat will be cancelled by us and you will be fully refunded.
The hosts (Lara Atalay and Anja Diener) are not responsible for any damages, risks and injuries during the retreat. You decide on your own if you are in the mental and physical condition for the program. If you are pregnant or have any injuries, please let us know and eventually ask a doctor.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays (flight, train, car etc). Costs of transport are not included. All classes and workshops of the retreat are optional and the schedule is open to change.
