Hi, I'm Anni.

I never liked sports much and I'm still not into cardio. But I learned how movement benefits my body and mind so here I am, showing you a fun way to workout.

As a kid I tried all the different kinds of dance: From ballet, jazz dance, flamenco, contemporary, standard to latin dance. In 2011 I finally discovered Pole Dance. The combination of dance, acrobatics, strength and flexibility is addictive and I was surprised how fast I could do something scary like a headstand. After a few lessons I bought my own pole and trained for myself since then. My body changed quickly and suddenly I liked sports and stretching. When I struggled more and more with shoulder injuries I learned more about mobility and pain prevention.. That's why I'm strict about safe teaching metholody, alignment and adjustments. Due to the shoulder injury I had to search for a calmer sport and ended up doing aerial and vinyasa yoga. Hatha Yoga felt always too boring for me.

Now I can't learn enough about the yogic philosophy and it's benefits for our daily life. Our body supports us when we learn how to listen to it.

We can change the world together when we know ourselves well and use it to heal each other.
