Hi, I'm Anni.

I used to hate sports and I'm still not into cardio. But I learned how movement benefits my body and mind so here I am, showing you a fun way to workout.

I did every kind of dance as a child: from ballet, jazz dance, flamenco, contempory, standard and latin dances. 2011 I finally discovered pole dance and was hooked right away. The combination of dance, acrobatic, strength and flexibility was absolutely fascinating and addictive. Suddenly I could do scaring things like headstands! Soon I bought my own pole and learned everything on my own. I am super grateful for the german pole dance community because we did couple of pole jams. My body changed super fast, suddenly I had muscles and liked to workout. Then I struggled with some shoulder injuries, so I learned more about mobility training and pain prevention. That's the reason why I'm really strict with safe teaching now. Through the injuries I had to search for another sport to compensate some times off and finally discovered yoga and aerial hammock. Normal yoga was always too boring for me.

Now I appreciate the benefits of meditation and breathing exercises. As a social worker I like the mental part of yoga. Isn't it just to best thing to just stop and breathe from time to time?
